Most bands tour a few months a year. So a short run is free, a bigger one is £29, and if you’re out all year, Pro covers everything. Only the person running the tour pays. Band, crew, drivers, venues and merch sellers never do.

How upgrading works
Step 1Start freeSet up the tour and invite everyone. No card, no trial clock. If it fits the free plan, it stays free.
Step 2Upgrade from the tourEvery tour shows its plan at the top, with how many people, days and files you’ve used. Tap Upgrade, pick a Tour Pass or Pro, and pay with Stripe. The tour unlocks a few seconds later and nothing you’ve added is lost.
Step 3Change as you goRunning long? Add two weeks for £10. Dates moved before the tour starts? Move the pass once, free. Moving to Pro within 30 days of buying a pass? The £29 comes off.
For labels, management and agencies
Give your roster Tour Passes and Pro on one invoice. Tours always stay with the artist’s team: you see who has what, never their tour details or money. Anyone who leaves your roster gets 30 days’ notice (never mid-tour) before anything changes.

Changed your mind? You can have your money back within 14 days of paying, as long as you haven’t used what you bought:
Tour Pass: the tour it’s on hasn’t started yet, meaning none of its dates have passed.
Two-week extension: the extra two weeks haven’t begun.
Pro: none of your tours has started while you’ve had Pro.
Pass bundles: none of the passes has been put on a tour or given away.
Business and Agency: no passes or Pro seats have been handed out.
Email hello@mylaminate.app from the address on your account and say what you’d like refunded. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days. When it’s refunded, the pass or plan ends; the tour and everything in it stays, back on the free plan.
After 14 days, or once a tour has started, payments can’t be refunded. If something has gone wrong on our side, get in touch anyway and we’ll put it right. None of this affects your statutory rights.
Questions
Who needs to pay?
Only whoever sets up the tour. Everyone they invite (band, crew, drivers) and every venue and merch seller with a link uses it free.
How do I upgrade?
Open the tour and tap Upgrade on the strip at the top, or tap the plan badge next to your name. Pick a Tour Pass for that tour or Pro for every tour, pay with Stripe, and the tour unlocks a few seconds later. Nothing you’ve added is lost.
Tour Pass or Pro?
If you run one or two tours a year, a Tour Pass each time is cheapest. From four tours a year, or if you’re booking dates all year round, Pro works out better.
What happens when my pass ends?
The tour stays in your account and everyone can still read it, including the P&L. It just can’t be changed. Add two more weeks for £10 if you need longer, or get Pro.
Can I upgrade from a Tour Pass to Pro?
Yes. If you bought the pass in the last 30 days, its £29 comes off your first year of Pro.
What if my label stops paying for my plan?
Your tours are yours. You get at least 30 days’ notice, and it never runs out in the middle of a tour, so there’s time to get your own plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of paying, as long as you haven’t used it: for a Tour Pass, the tour it’s on hasn’t started yet. The full refund policy covers each plan.
