What’s on a Laminate day sheet
- The schedule: load-in, soundcheck, dinner, doors, support, set times and curfew. Show days start from a sensible template you can change.
- The venue: address with one tap to Google Maps or Apple Maps.
- Your pickups: where and when you’re being collected, and by which vehicle.
- Tonight’s hotel: the address, booking reference, check-in time and the room you’re in.
- At a glance: how the guest list and advance are looking, and merch for the night.
- What changed: who moved soundcheck, and when.

The usual day sheet is a document someone makes the night before and forwards to a group chat. Then soundcheck moves, and half the band is reading the old version. In Laminate there’s only one day sheet. When the tour manager changes a time it changes on everyone’s phone, and the “What changed” list says what moved.
Personal, not generic
Everyone sees the same schedule, but the day sheet is also about them: their own pickups, their own hotel room, and the next thing coming up with a countdown. A tech who loads in early sees a different morning from a band member who flies in for the show.
Travel days and days off
Not every day is a show. Travel days start with lobby call and departure, and flights, trains and ferries carry their check-in deadlines, seats and bags. Days off are marked as days off, so nobody wonders whether there’s a call time.
For the driver
Driver mode shows every drive of the day in order, with big times and the people to collect at each stop. One tap opens the whole route, every stop in the order you set, in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Night colours keep the screen dim on late drives.
Works with no signal
The day sheet is on your phone, not just on a server, so it opens in a basement dressing room or on a ferry. Changes made offline sync when the phone is back online.
